Upon registration, we may request documentary proof of age including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any Real Money Balance returned to the payment source minus any applicable processing fees.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or household members — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. bet768 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions processed through them.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Restricted Persons
Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of bet768 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any game, promotion, or betting market offered on the Platform. Any account found to be held by a restricted person will be closed immediately.
§3 Deposits & Withdrawals
Payments in Bangladeshi Taka
All financial transactions on the bet768 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bet768 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment provider outside the Platform.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200
- Deposits are credited to the player's Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful confirmation from the payment provider.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- bet768 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the payment account belongs to the registered player before processing any withdrawal.
- bet768 does not charge a deposit fee, though mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering policy.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
- Players must complete all applicable identity verification steps before their first withdrawal is approved.
- Funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement is met.
Attempting to withdraw funds that were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any other prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of the relevant balance. bet768 may report such cases to relevant authorities.
§4 Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Terms & Wagering
bet768 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence only in respect of that promotion.
Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and is subject to a 20× (twenty times) wagering requirement calculated on the sum of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
General Bonus Conditions
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment account.
- Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that contribute to the wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by game type — typically 100% for slots, 10% for live casino, and 0% for certain table games. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
- bet768 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
- Bonus Funds are used first in any wagering activity. Real Money Balance is used only after all Bonus Funds in the account have been exhausted.
- Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting the support team. Opting out is permanent and cannot be reversed for historical deposits already processed.
§5 Games & Betting Conduct
Fair Play and Bet Settlement
All games and betting markets available on the bet768 Platform are governed by the rules set out by the respective game providers and sports data suppliers. bet768 adopts and enforces those rules on the Platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before participating.
Random Number Generators

- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets without manual human interaction is strictly forbidden.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information, or manipulate results is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Placing bets on events with known outcomes (insider trading) is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
§6 Account Security
Protecting Your bet768 Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet768 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bet768 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
Password & Credential Security

- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

Prohibited Uses

- Framing or embedding the Platform or any portion of it within a third-party website or application.
§9 Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet768 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bet768 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Availability
bet768 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bet768 shall not be liable for any losses — including unsettled bets or missed promotions — that occur as a direct result of Platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — bet768 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the relevant stake to the player's Account Balance. Where a fault cannot be traced or verified, bet768's decision on settlement shall be final and binding.
§10 Termination
Account Suspension & Closure
bet768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Grounds for Immediate Closure
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or in sequence.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or wagering pattern designed to circumvent the wagering requirement system.
- Using unauthorised third-party software, bots, or scripts.
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate basis.
- Any activity that constitutes money laundering, match-fixing, or insider trading.
Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to bet768 (e.g., bonuses already wagered, fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not refundable under any circumstances upon account closure.
§11 Governing Law
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described below. bet768 aims to resolve all player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.
Step 1 — Contact Support
In the first instance, players with a complaint or dispute should contact the bet768 support team by email at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the complaint, the relevant account details, and the outcome being sought. The support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
Step 2 — Formal Escalation
If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the support team, the player may request that the matter be escalated to a senior review panel. The panel will conduct an independent internal review and issue a final written decision within 14 business days. This decision is final and binding on both parties in the absence of fraud or manifest error.
bet768 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language. Players agree to attempt the above resolution steps in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

§13 General Provisions
Miscellaneous Clauses
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bet768 with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Waiver
No failure or delay by bet768 to exercise any right or remedy provided under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall prevent any future exercise of that right or any other right or remedy.
Language
This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity between the English text and any translated version.
